Máquina eólica con pantalla de contrapresión.


Solicitud internacional de patente de origen ruso presenta una máquina de generación de energía eólica que presenta una pantalla de contrapresión para maximizar la extracción de energía cinética de un flujo de aire turbulento, y convertirla en energía eléctrica.

 

 



 

Donde al flujo ser más lento, el potencial de la presión atmosférica lo convierte en energía cinética, y el rotor del generador eléctrico se pondrá en rotación. Cuenta con un dispositivo para controlar la carga externa en el generador, consistente en un regulador centrífugo conectado
cinemáticamente con el eje de la turbina y conectado eléctricamente con el generador de potencia.

Ventajas: Asegura un coeficiente máximo del rendimiento del generador de energía eólica, y elimina las cargas axiales en el eje de la turbina, lo que le permite funcionar de manera eficiente, reduce las pérdidas por fricción en los cojinetes, y reduce los costes de fabricación, operación y reparación del generador de energía eólica.


WIND TURBINE POWER-GENERATING MACHINE WITH COUNTER-PRESSURE SCREEN

The present invention pertains to the field of power generation and in particular to wind-turbine power-generating machines. The invention relates to a wind-turbine power-generating machine having a counter-pressure screen for maximizing the extraction of kinetic energy from a turbulent air flow and for converting the same into electric energy, in which the air flow is slowed down, the air pressure potential is converted into kinetic energy of flows, and the rotor of a power generator is rotated, said power generator including a device for controlling the external load on the generator according to the law of aerodynamic load change on a radial reactive limited-pressure turbine in order to ensure the conversion of the air-flow energy into electric energy.; The machine is characterized in that the collection of the air flow kinetic energy is carried out by a reactive radial limited-pressure turbine with high mechanical conduction mounted on a shaft and provided at the front with a counter-pressure screen, while the power generator consists of a low-inertia axial synchronous multiple-pole electric current generator with external excitation and cinematically connected to the turbine. The main advantages of the invention are that the turbine and the generator have a low inertia, the turbine is a limited-pressure turbine (i.e. Cx=f(v)=max=const, where Cx is the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the turbine, v is the instant speed of the wind) having a high mechanical conduction, which results in an efficient operation thereof both in still or turbulent flows.; The use of a counter-pressure screen makes it possible to eliminate the axial aerodynamic load from the turbine shaft and to thereby reduce the friction loss in the bearings on which the turbine bears, and to reduce the manufacturing, exploitation and repair costs of the wind-turbine power-generating machine with a counter-pressure screen. The ratio between the global surface area of all the nozzles and the surface area of the turbine disc ranges from 0.20 to 0.25, which results in a maximal air flow speed through the nozzles and, with a drift coefficient of between 0.35 and 0.40, in a maximal performance index of the wind turbine power-generating machine.
